Order Processing

We process orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Processing times may be extended during peak shopping seasons or product launches.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping methods to ensure your order arrives when you need it. Delivery times are estimated and begin after your order has been processed and shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days for domestic orders, 14-28 business days for international orders.
  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days for domestic orders, 7-14 business days for international orders.
  • Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days for domestic orders only.

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. We do not offer promotional shipping discounts at this time. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system after you receive your shipping confirmation. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at HHBN688@outlook.com.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. For international orders, delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance and local postal services. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note the following:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Some products may be restricted from import in certain countries. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
  • Delays in customs processing are beyond our control and may add 5-10 business days to delivery times.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please follow these steps:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly for the most up-to-date information.
  • If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, contact us at HHBN688@outlook.com with your order number and tracking information.

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please note that claims for lost packages must be filed within 30 days of the ship date. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but are not received due to incorrect shipping addresses or theft.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take the following steps within 7 days of delivery:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product.
  • Keep all original packaging and packaging materials.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the severity of the damage. Do not dispose of the damaged product or packaging until we have resolved your claim.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost, or issue a refund for the missing items. Please have your order number ready when contacting us.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If your shipping address is in a restricted area, we will contact you to arrange an alternative address or cancel your order with a full refund. Some products may have additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements.

Shipping Insurance

All orders are shipped with basic carrier insurance. For high-value orders, we recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at HHBN688@outlook.com. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to redirect it. Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Holiday Shipping

During major holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend placing orders early during peak seasons (November-December) to ensure timely delivery. We are not responsible for carrier delays during holidays or peak shopping periods.
